Shipping policy

At Holistic Me, we are committed to processing and delivering your "rituals" with the utmost care and efficiency.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to USA. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Holistic Me is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

3. Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Issues

  • If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@holisticmeworldwide.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
